Cancellation Policy
At Hydro Wellness & Detox, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our clients. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for appointments or services rendered. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when made within our policy guidelines. Cancellations and Rescheduling Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee or loss of the appointment fee. In case of emergencies or special circumstances, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Exceptional Cases If there are extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us, and we will review each case on an individual basis.
