My wellness journey began with Body Contouring Columbus. What started with purchasing a body-contouring machine and using it on myself quickly grew into something much bigger. People began noticing my results and asking me to work with them. I started from my home, and as my clientele grew, I eventually moved into my own professional space. Wanting to provide my clients with knowledgeable and professional services, I pursued body-contouring training in Virginia, Atlanta, and Houston. My journey into colon hydrotherapy became much more personal. In 2019, I experienced my first colonic after dealing with severe constipation for most of my life. I was encouraged to complete several sessions close together. As I continued colon hydrotherapy and made changes to my diet, I began noticing a significant difference in the regularity of my digestive system. That experience changed the direction of my life. I knew there had to be many other people struggling with digestive issues who simply didn’t know what options were available to them. I wanted to bring greater awareness to colon hydrotherapy and create a comfortable environment where people could learn more about their digestive wellness. I continued my education in colon hydrotherapy through I-ACT, Hamri Health & Wellness, and MOYA Body Care, and I continue to value professional education and standards within the field.
