The word is WATER! Drink, Drink, Drink!!! Ideally, 1-2 liters is recommended on a daily basis… so bottoms up!

  1. Practice clean eating! The day of your session, DO NOT eat 2 hours prior to your session.

  2. Get moving! Working out is always a plus; your body will thank you.

  3. Lastly, remember to protect your peace! You will benefit the most when you are in good spirits, so come calm and collected and ready to relax

Cancellation Policy: Once your appointment is scheduled. You have a 24-hour window to cancel your appointment, or you will forfeit your deposit. Packages and Specials are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.  There is a reschedule limit of 2 times while scheduling your appointment online, BEFORE your 24-hour grace period.
